Thesis: learning functional brain atlases modeling inter-subject variability
Extracting brain networks is a hop topic in fMRI. During my thesis, I will try to go further than common techniques and compute atlases from big datasets, which implies scaling the algorithms and integrate inter-subject variability in our models to be more robust.
